HR Open works to evolve our standards and resources to attract new members to our community. This year we were able to add individuals and organizations from large companies to entrepreneurial start-ups in every domain in HR. Our newest organizational members include Finch, HireRight, Job Elephant, RobWare, iDatafy (SmartResume), SupportSquare, and WorkHere. Finch is the API for employment connectivity. We build a single programmatic access layer across all employment systems, starting with payroll and HR. Our API powers use cases across lending, insurance, benefits, FP&A, and HR applications.

HireRight delivers global background checks, drug testing, and employment verification services through an innovative platform. We want all of our clients to grow successfully and efficiently – no matter their size or location. We do this by offering a comprehensive screening solution that can be tailored to the unique needs of any organization, giving enterprises peace of mind about their people and processes. Our platform is easy to use and can be integrated with existing HR systems.

JobElephant is driven to simplify and expedite recruitment advertising by facilitating the placement of ads with speed and exceptional customer service. Founded in 2000, JobElephant is a full-service advertising agency specializing in recruitment (job posting) advertising. We are recognized worldwide by a variety of print and digital media outlets as an authorized agent for employment advertising. As a leader in the recruitment advertising space, our clients span the public and private sectors, including Fortune 500 conglomerates, small non-profit organizations, and many of the most prestigious colleges and universities in America and Canada. JobElephant has gone from processing hundreds of ads per month to hundreds of ads per hour over the course of our 20+ years.

RobWare is an HR solutions editor. Our team is an expert in the development of generic e-recruitment tools. These are simply integrated into our customers' solutions by web services in SaaS mode. We also support our partners in the design, development and maintenance of their Web 2.0 HR solutions. They benefit from our expertise and thus benefit from the latest e-recruitment technologies. ROB WARE has been in existence since 2003 and has forged its experience exclusively in the field of HR and recruitment. 

SmartResume® is a new data consortium created by iDatafy®. Trusted partners such as education institutions and workforce skill certifiers register academic achievements, leadership experience and certified workforce skills of their current and past students on our permissioned blockchain. The certifications are presented on customized SmartResumes® that include links to the digital attestation by the trusted partners. The result is a resume that has been directly certified by a trusted institution and can now be used by the recipient to differentiate them when applying for a job. Employers now also have the ability to search for certified job talent in a way they were never able to do before. Supportsquare accelerates the professional growth of deskless workers using XR technology. We provide Guide ((AR) work instructions), Coach (remote visual assistance) and Teach ((VR) learning environments) support solutions.
