Leading the organization into the new year, Jim Elder II (Presales Systems Engineer at Skilloft) has been elected to serve his third term as President. Jim Elder’s continued leadership comes at a pivotal time for the Consortium as it expands its footprint in AI data standards and global interoperability.
"I’m honored to continue leading HR Open Standards during such a transformative period for HR technology," said Jim Elder. "Our mission remains focused on reducing the friction of data integration, and I look forward to working with our board to deliver even better solutions to our members and the industry at large."
Joining the Board for a two-year term beginning January 1, 2026, are four industry veterans:
-
Andrew Cunsolo - Principal Customer Solutions Partner at Employ
-
Ian Davidson - Strategic Product Leader at SmartResume
