CEB's Select2Perform's Assessment Integration
Services implement the HR Open Standards Consortium's AssessmentOrderRequest.xsd,
AssessmentOrderAcknowledgement.xsd, and AssessmentResult.xsd with extensions
(AssessmentResult only). Message transfer is conducted over HTTPS.
Select2Perform's Assessment Integration
Service uses the HR-XML Assessments specification schemas to enable partners
to integrate SHLPreVisor job-specific assessment and reporting services into
their ATS, HRMS and HCMS systems. Partners send
AssessmentOrderRequest documents to the Select2Perform system to order
individual assessment sittings. After validation and initialization,
Select2Perform responds with an AssessmentOrderAcknowledgement document
including the information necessary for the subject to access the assessment.
On completion of the assessment sitting Select2Perform returns an
AssessmentResult document to the partner system with summary results. URLs to
access additional online reports are included through UserArea extensions to
