Questionmark's OnDemand Server implements the HR Open Standards Consortium's AssessmentResult.xsd with no extensions, using the SOAP 1.1 transport protocol.

With the support of HR Open Standards, Questionmark has added into the standard Questionmark software (Questionmark OnDemand and Questionmark Perception) a web service method, GetHRXMLAssessmentResult. Their QMWISe web services interface allows exporting of results from Questionmark assessments into HR-XML format. The method takes, as a parameter, a single result ID, and returns that result in HR-XML. Other QMWISe methods allow customers to get a list of results and choose which one to then call with GetHRXMLAssessmentResult.

Assessments may also be delivered "offline” via Questionmark to Go, or can be printed for scanning in participants’ answers.

Questionmark also enables printing and scanning of assessments, centralizing management of both online and paper-delivered tests. Assessment delivery options include shuffled questions and choices as well as helpful feedback to participants at item, topic, or assessment level. Options for high-stakes assessment delivery include secure browser, proctoring security and test center management.

Questionmark offers many pre-defined reports and analytics that make it possible to provide meaningful results to stakeholders. Analytics include survey reporting as well as item and test analysis to establish validity and reliability.

Accessibility features include optimization for screen-reader compatibility and navigation via the keyboard or alternate pointing devices. Participants can easily toggle text size and contrast controls in online assessments.
